Grandpa Grouch is Oscar's grandfather on Sesame Street.

In Season 15, he was a recycled version of an older Oscar puppet (a version that had moving eyes in addition to his eyebrows) but in Season 18 he was made from a background Grouch. Whether Grandpa Grouch is Oscar's paternal or maternal grandfather or wed to Granny Grouch is unclear.
