Gordy was Sawyer's partner who was owed money by him. He was having Sawyer perform a "long con" on Cassidy. He threatened to kill Sawyer if he didn't go through with the con on her. ("The Long Con")

Trivia

  • Before becoming a Michael-centric episode, #2x02 "Adrift" was supposed to be Sawyer-centric. In July 2008, some pictures surfaced online, one of them depicting Kevin Dunn as Gordy in an outdoor "beach" scene, 11 episodes before his first televised appearance.

Gordy was a male and probably a Wookiee. This person was seen in Depatar, the City of Masks, in 31 BBY. Like all the visitors and many inhabitants, this person was in disguise; particularly Gordy was disguised as Kilassin grass. While dancing, Gordy sometimes moved his head back and growled, simulating a Cularin lizard in action.
