The Fraggles fill in a sweepstakes entry form that Gobo accidentally took out of Doc's wastebasket. They have to choose between a cash prize of one million dollars (which Boober says looks like poisonous leaves), an all-expense paid trip to New York City (which Mokey likes the tasty looking Doozer constructions there), and a bicycle. After deciding on the bike, they can't seem to agree on who will get the prize if they win. After a fight, Gobo brings them to The Great Hall for a meeting, where he says that they will draw Doozer sticks to determine the winner. On his next trip into Outer Space, Gobo finds a brand new bike in Doc's Workshop, but they all laugh when they realize it is far too big for a Fraggle.
