The nonpoisonous Cave bug is not to be confused with the poisonous Cave crawler.

Cave bugs can be assigned as Slayer assignments, and require level 7 Slayer to kill. They regenerate extremely quickly. Bring food if you are below level 20 because of their quick regeneration.
