Get Moving With Grover is a Sesame Street Happy Healthy Monsters book featuring Grover and Elmo. In this book, Grover teaches kids some easy ways to get exercise and some important health and wellness tips to follow. Grover tells readers that "everyone---fuzzy or not---can move!"

Grover's exercises include jumping, stretching, dancing and more. Grover speaks directly to readers in this book. Elmo does the exercises with Grover, but his presence is never specifically mentioned or acknowledged by Grover. Grover also encourages kids to take it easy at times, get rest and drink enough water.

Like other entries in the series, the book comes with a collectible recipe card.
