This chip controls the flow of power into a car's electric engines. Many drivers quickly burnt out this chip through frequent rapid acceleration. Still a valuable part to have -- if you only had a car to install it in.

You will need this to get the Highwayman at The Den's Junkyard working. You can find it with Skeeter at Gecko's Junkyard. You have to trade a Super tool kit for it. A Super Tool Kit can be obtained from Vault City from a female mechanic with a bad temper in exchange for some tools. Or a way way faster way you can pickpocket it from him or failing that just kill him.
