The Fremennik Sea Boots 1 are a piece of footwear obtained by completing the easy tasks of the Fremennik Province Diary. They provide the same bonus as a pair of iron boots. They allow the player to contact Fossegrimen and get a recharge on their lyre remotely, and also provide two additional charges when charged in person, so raw sharks (and raw bass when using a Ring of Charos(a)) provide four charges, raw manta rays provide five, and raw sea turtles provide six. Also, the player can send items to their bank if they talk to Peer the Seer while wearing the boots.
