Freeze II is a Black Magic Merit ability found in Final Fantasy XI. As such, it is only available to players who have reached level 75 and play as Black Mages. When cast, the spell will deal significant Ice-based elemental damage to a single enemy and decrease its resistance to Fire. It may be recast every 90 seconds for 287 MP. Further Merit upgrades will increase both the Magic Burst damage and Magic Accuracy stat.
