Flood II is a Merit Black Magic spell found in Final Fantasy XI. As such, it is only available to players who have reached level 75, and even then, only to those who play as Black Mages. When cast, the spell will deal severe Water-elemental damage to one enemy and decrease its resistance to Lightning-based elemental attacks and spells. It may be recast every 90 seconds for 287 MP. Further Merit upgrades will increase both the Magic Burst damage and Magic Accuracy stat for this spell.
