Flash-sideways: Misc

Up to date as of February 07, 2010

From Lostpedia

The flash-sideways is a narrative technique employed in Season 6 of Lost, after the Incident caused the divergence of two separate timelines. Its name lies in contrast to the traditional flashback, and the flash-forwards employed in Seasons 3 and 4. The transition sound is characterized by broken, skipping, version of the normal flash-forward sound, although slightly higher-pitched.
