The First Minister of the Republic of Bajor is the Bajoran head of government. The First Minister is popularly elected by the people and heads up the Chamber of Ministers, the Bajoran legislature. Appointment to the position was a term that lasted for six years. (DS9 novel: The 34th Rule)

Since the Cardassian Withdrawal, there have been three First Ministers of Bajor.
