Felix was a friend of Julian Bashir and 24th century writer of holo-programs, largely inspired by Earth culture in the decade of the 1960s.

Among his programs were a Cold War-era spy thriller, and a Las Vegas casino lounge. The later program featured Vic Fontaine, a singer who, despite being steeped in the culture and language of 1962, had been programmed with full awareness that he was a computer-generated being in an artificial environment. (DS9 episode: "His Way")

Along with Vic's program, Felix sent Julian Bashir a note which said he thought Bashir's interest in the decade was verging on "the obsessive". (DS9 novel: Hollow Men)

Felix had also included a jack-in-the-box subroutine in the program which changed Vic's lounge into a casino and included mobsters such as Frank "Frankie Eyes" Chalmers. (DS9 episode: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang")

Felix was the name of a corpse that Naomi had Miles "speak to" as part of his recruitment process before he could join the science expedition en route to the Island. Miles found out that Felix was on his way to deliver papers, pictures, and photographs of empty graves to Charles Widmore. One of the papers was an invoice for an old airplane, presumably the fake Oceanic 815 discovered in Season 4. ("Some Like It Hoth") It is implied that the death of Felix is how Tom obtained the exact documents Felix was carrying. Tom later showed the photos of empty graves and the invoice for the old airplane to Michael in order to convince him to help Ben by becoming a spy on the Kahana. ("Meet Kevin Johnson")

Overconfident, eh? Just the way I like my victims!

Felix and his cohort Skunge were considered the best bountyhunters in Nevada. Felix was known for his technological savvy, and after using a laser microphone to help hunt down wanted men in a hotel, the local law enforcement pointed Felix and Skunge to a poster from the Z Foundation offering $50,000 for the capture of any Transformer. Felix and Skunge decided to relocate to New York City to take them up on it.

Ca$h and Car-Nage!

You will be whole again. I promise.
