Fake President is an enemy in Final Fantasy VIII. As his name implies, he is a decoy of the Galbadian president Vinzer Deling used to trap the Forest Owls.
At the start of the battle, the Fake President will mutter:
'YOu...fEll...FOr...iT'
'kiLL...thE...REsisTanCE...'
'aMusINg... tHIs iS AmuSinG!'
After being defeated, he will morph into Gerogero.
