The Fairy Flute is one of Eiko's weapons and teaches her Esuna, Haste, and Regen. It can be stolen by Hilgigars and later bought from Moogles in Oeilvert and Desert Palace.

The Fairie Harp is the strongest instrument in the game and may charm on hit. In order to be obtained it must be poached from Treants, although it has a smaller chance of appearing.
The Fairy Harp is a low-rank instrument that teaches the ability to control Sprites, Titanias, Antlions, and Jawbreakers to Beastmasters, and the Tail Wag ability to Animists. The latter skill can charm enemies.
The Faerie Harp is now an high-rank instrument that teaches the ability to control Sprites and Antlions to Beastmasters.
