Sailor Erin (船乗りのエリン, Funanori no Erin) is a minor non-playable character in Final Fantasy IX. She works with airships in Lindblum and accompanies Regent Cid to the Card Game tournament in Treno. She plays the role of the champion, as Cid is still an oglop at this time.

Later, she pilots some of vehicles that the party uses to travel around Gaia, including the Hilda Garde III.

Erin was a DHARMA Initiative recruit in 1977.

Erin arrived with other new recruits by Galaga on the Island. ("Namaste") She was seen in the cafeteria for breakfast when Jack, Kate and Hurley were discuss about Sayid. She later told by LaFleur to grab the fire gear when the burning DHARMA van crashed into building 15, one of the houses, at the Barracks. ("He's Our You") Erin was seen standing with other members of the DI at the house after it had been put out. ("Whatever Happened, Happened")

Erin, the Silver merchant, runs the Ardougne Silver Stall in East Ardougne. He plays a fairly large part in the Making History quest. The enchanted key is obtained from Erin during and after the quest; it is used in a miniquest to obtain the god Mjolnir weapons. He sells silver bar, silver ore, and unstrung Holy symbols of Saradomin. Holy Symbols are 200 coins each, the others are not restocked and so are rarely in stock. He also appears to wear Anna Sinclair's necklace, a quest item in Murder Mystery.
