Eric Klieg was a member of the Brotherhood of Logicians. He and his colleague Kaftan accompanied Professor Parry's expedition to Telos where they discovered the tombs of the Cybermen. Klieg revived the Cybermen in the belief that they would form an alliance with him and help him seize power, but they rejected his demands. He later tried to force the Cyber-Controller to make a deal with him, but he was killed by a Cyberman. (DW: The Tomb of the Cybermen)
