Plot

Sally is miffed when she sees a For Sale sign going up at the Peacocks house. She's even more annoyed when she sees Claire showing two prospective buyers round. Claire meanwhile is convinced she's sold the house and not even Ashley's words of caution can dampen her delight at having got one over on Sally.

Gail tells Rita how delighted she was to find her dad after all this time and that she doesn't want to lose him again. Meanwhile she has other problems to deal with when Tina tells her she has lost her job.

A teenage gang strike fear into the heart of the street when a group of hoodies led by Chesney's schoolmate Kenzie target first Roy Cropper and then Norris.

Roy is wrestled to the ground by the gang when he hears them breaking a window, he manages to see them off but later they set their sites on the Kabin. As Rita and Emily linger over the lunch in the Rovers, Norris finds himself alone and besieged by the gang. The two women arrive back just in time to see the gang head out of the shop.

Elsewhere Chesney's behaviour is a cause of concern to Fiz. Deirdre and Blanche start to wonder if Roger will ever finish the bathroom.
