On the parallel world known as Earth-51, Libby Lawrence was once the super-hero known as Liberty Belle. Once worldwide peace had been achieved, Libby retired from her super-hero career and entered the world of politics. Her career proved successful enough that she was eventually elected President of the United States. At the time when the so-called "
Challengers from Beyond" came to this reality in search of
Ray Palmer, Libby was seen on a televised broadcast on the White House lawn at the annual
Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Libby, along with the other denizens of Earth, died when the world was destroyed during a battle between
Monarch and
Superboy-Prime.

- Presumably, Libby's husband was Johnny Chambers, though this has never been confirmed beyond the fact that they share the same last name. In Earth-Two and New Earth continuity, Johnny Chambers was the super-speed super-hero known as Johnny Quick.
