This is the second playset made by Palisades Toys in honor of The Muppet Show's 25th anniversary. The playset features Animal's enormous drum set (complete with two bass drums), "neon light" decoration and a large "Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem" sign in the back, to which the studio lights could be attached.

Animal was the only character, besides the Sweetums Action Figure, who has movable facial parts. He has holes in his hands to stick his drumsticks in, and he wears an iron chain around his neck.

An exclusive Tour Animal Action Figure with a different shirt was sold as Palisades' tour figure. In 2003, Palisades turned Animal into a Mega Animal Action Figure.
