The following is a list of various events in the DC Universe that have taken place in Egypt.
Egypt is a country on the continent of Africa, internationally famous for its pyramid structures, which have stood for thousands of years.
Cleopatra, an ancient Egyptian ruler, has long been romanticized as the Queen of the Nile, having been featured in countless works of art and literature.
Since 2001, Egypt's version of Sesame Street, Alam Simsim, has been in co-production with Sesame Workshop.
The Global Grover segment on Sesame Street has featured the country in which Grover and his camel feature a video about Egyptian farmlands. Ernie and Bert have also travelled to the country to explore its great pyramids. Their stay was short-lived, as Ernie was quickly spooked by a statue of himself. Their vacation was chronicled in the book Where's the Duckie?

Ultimately, he is reunited with his parents after an encounter with figures from Egyptian mythology.
Before the first broadcast of Lost in Egypt, the ever growing Egyptian fan base was mainly feeding on available DVDs and P2P shared episodes, which can still be considered as the primary source.
In October 2006, Lost's Season 1 was broadcast in Egypt, and other Arab countries, on Showtime network's TV LAND. After the success and high ratings earned by the show, Showtime bought the rights to broadcast Season 2, which was announced for weekly airings. Circa 18,000 BCE, Set's followers created the Serpent Crown, another great object of Setian power. However, the Celestials bombed Lemuria, causing it to be lost. Some Serpent Men survived the resulting Great Cataclysm that sank Atlantis, but received a brutal setback when humans who had migrated from a slave revolution slew many of them and took their land. (These humans had enslaved fleeing Lemurians, who had escaped the sinking of Lemuria. In turn, these Lemurians became the ancestors of the Mongols, Turks, and Chinese.) Set received worship from these humans, who set up the cultures of Stygia and Acheron around 13,000 BCE. Set worshippers at some point summoned the demon Khorus, but the first followers of the deity Mitra turned him into stone.
Set continued his struggles and encounters with other gods. He battled the avian-headed deity Ibis, became a foe of the demon Xka-Ahk, and met with the god Nexxx in Stygia. Oddly, Stygians believed Set had a sister called Isuus.
Later, Vanir adventurers turned Stygia into Egypt.
