Eerie Sound Wave is an enemy ability used by the Malboro, and it inflicts non-elemental damage to the party.
Ultra Sound Wave, used by Ralvuimago and Whale Zombie, inflicts Mini on one target.
Floating Death, found in the Omega Ruins, will often use Sonic Wave to hit the party for magic damage. One-Eye can also use Shockwave to inflict damage aswell as status effects on the party.

Eerie Sound Wave is a Blue Magic spell in Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. It removes all buffs from the target, and it can be learned from most monsters of the Malboro species.
