From Grand Theft Wiki

The East European Drug Crew is a Russian drug cartel led by Rodislav Bulgarin. In the '90s, Niko Bellic was involved in the crew after one of the Serbian solders, Darko Brevic, betrayed his army unit. The Drug Crew is a small gang and cannot be found spawning or appearing in any of Liberty's boroughs.

Description

As depicted the drug crew was formed during the Serbian War and Darko was possibly a member before the ambush began. Following from the ambush, only Niko, Darko, and Florian lived. Darko, who betrayed his unit, fled to Romania. Florian moved to Liberty City, changing his name to Bernie Crane and started dating Deputy Bryce Dawkins. Niko was driving one of Bulgarin's boats but the ship was stopped by the authorites. Bulgarin, needing someone to blame, held Niko responsible for the incident which would be a deciding factor for Niko to travel to Liberty City to live with his cousin, Roman Bellic. In the later storyline, Ray and Niko met again but this time along with Dmitri and staged an attack to Niko, in order to kill him. However, the plan failed and ended up Dmitri and Ray fleeing and leaving Little Jacob and Niko behind. Ray was last seen in GTA IV's storyline in the diamond deal in Charge Island, ordering his men to kill the negotiators, including Niko and Packie. Then, Ray crosses paths with Luis and later gives missions to him, he then knew that Luis was a part of the diamond deal and sent his men to kill him. All of his men are killed and ended up Ray to flee in Liberty City to an unknown place by his private jet. He is killed during the flight and the Drug Crew was disbanded or disappeared in Liberty.

The Crew are known for Human Traficking and Drug Smuggling.
