Earth tiaras are used for crafting earth runes from rune essence. Wearing the Earth tiara on the player's head allows the opening one inventory space. Thus, instead of being able to only take 27 rune essence to the Earth altar, the player may take 28 rune essence. An Earth Tiara is the same as an earth talisman in every other way except it cannot locate where the Earth Altar is. It has no combat bonuses.

An earth tiara can be worn in the head slot, allowing the player to left click on the altar to get inside, as well as saving an inventory space.

It can be made by using a tiara on the runecrafting altar with a earth talisman in inventory. Doing so gives 32.5 Runecrafting experience.
