Earth-S is one of the infinite number of divergent realities that made up the pre-Crisis on Infinite Earths Multiverse.

Captain Marvel's Arch-Nemesis, Dr. Sivana

During the Crisis on Infinite Earths, Earth-S was effectively merged with Earth-One, Earth-Two, Earth-Four, and Earth-X to form one composite universe.

Earth-712 (aka Earth-S), is home to the "original" Squadron Supreme, including: Amphibian (Earth-712), Arcanna (Earth-712), Hyperion (Earth-712), Power Princess (Earth-712), Doctor Spectrum (Joseph Ledger), Nighthawk (Neal Richmond), Skylark, Whizzer (Stanley Stewart), Ape X, Blue Eagle, Black Archer, Foxfire, Haywire, Hyperion, Inertia, Lamprey, Mink, Nighthawk (Earth-712), Nuke (Earth-712), Redstone (Earth-712), Shape (Earth-712), Skymax, Thermite, and Tom Thumb (Earth-712).

Also home to: Professor Imam, the Squadron Sinister, Brain Child, Doctor Decibel, Master Menace, Nth Man, Overmind, Quagmire, Scarlet Centurion, Grandmaster, Null the Living Darkness, Nighthawk's Redeemers.
