History

Douglas Hutton, aka, the British Bat, was a small-time super-villain who once encountered the Justice Society of America. The JSA easily defeated him, along with some assistance from the Star-Spangled Kid and her "sidekick" S.T.R.I.P.E.. The British Bat's current activities have yet to be recorded.
