History

Dina Bell is a U.S. Marshall, and a close friend of Shilo Norman. She distinguished herself when a train she was using to transport several meta-criminals was hijacked to Apokolips. She helped fend off an army of parademons and brought the consignment of villains back safely. She was also present during the 'Last Laugh' riots at the Slab.
