The Crystal Chronicles is a journal used by the heroes in the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles series to chronicle the events of the game.

The Crystal Chronicles is used by the Tipa Caravan to record the events of their adventure. A diary entry is made after a dungeon is completed or after an event takes place while on the road. As more entries are added, the party gains Memories.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time

As Adventurers progress in Echoes of Time, they record the events in a journal titled the Chronicles.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates

In Ring of Fates, a journal appears on the Game Over screen the same way it did in the original Crystal Chronicles Game Over screen. When selecting a character in Multiplayer, empty character slots appear with a journal in its place.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King

In My Life as a King, Chancellor Chime narrates the events of the game. At the end she reveals that the narration was her writing down the events of the game, similar to what the Tipa Caravanners did in the original Crystal Chronicles. In the Emporium, a Padarak citizen can also purchase a Colorful Journal.
