The Dharma Initiative Recruiting Project (aka "the Project") is the name of the alternate reality game taking place between Seasons 4 and 5 of Lost. So far, a number of clues have been found relating to the game, mostly in newsletters from the fictitious organization Octagon Global Recruiting and the website DharmaWantsYou.com.
