Defender is a Job class from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Only Bangaas can become Defenders after mastering two Warrior skills. Defenders are the wielders of broadswords in battle and are practically tanks when it comes to Weapon Defense. While they are somewhat similar to Paladins, Defenders prefer to help themselves rather than others. Be sure to have a magic caster when fighting Defenders. Using Aura followed by Meltdown is a good combo if your Defender has high HP.
