History

Deborah Tiegel is a former detective in the notoriously corrupt Gotham City Police Department. She first met Tommy Monaghan while trying to prevent him from killing the Joker, but she eventually grew to love him (much to her chagrin). The two formed a couple, though she despised his choice of career. Tiegel became a zookeeper after a severe earthquake hit Gotham City.
