The Death altar teleport is a type of Magic teleport tablet which allows you to travel directly outside the Death altar. It is purchasable by exchanging 44 tokens earned through the Minigame The Great Orb Project with Wizard Elriss. It can only be used upon completion of Mourning's Ends Part II, otherwise you will receive a message saying 'A strange power blocks your teleport'.
