Death Claw is a recurring enemy ability in the series. It is often used by the enemy of the same name, and tends to either reduce a target's HP to critical, inflict the Paralyze status, or both.

Death Claw is a Blue Magic spell in Final Fantasy V. It inflicts Paralysis on a single enemy and reduces their HP to a single digit. A Blue Mage may learn this spell from the Death Claw, Treant,Gilgamesh, Soul Eater, Azulmagia, Iron Claw, Objet d'Art, and Strapparer enemies.
Death Claw is used by the Death Claw enemy, and inflicts Paralyze on a target.
Death Claw is used again by the enemy of the same name only, and inflicts non-elemental damage to one character.
