David Lewis is supposedly the father of Charlotte Lewis, whom he had with Jeanette Lewis. They raised her, and their two other children (both girls) in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, England. ("Confirmed Dead")

However, Charlotte later confessed to Daniel that she was raised on The Island as part of the DHARMA Initiative. Charlotte was taken from the Island at an early age, and never saw her father again. ("This Place Is Death")
