Dark Blizzard is a spell in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. The spell looks similar to the original Blizzard spell, but it may add the Poison and Silence status effects when cast. This Materia can only be made when a normal Blizzard materia is fused either with Poison or Silence materia, or when a Dark Fire is fused with a mastered Thunder materia.
