The Daa'vit are a species of which Morgen is a member and from Daa'V. (TNG novel: Reunion) They usally appear as fearsome-human looking and have a green tint to their skin. In some cases they have fiery yellow eyes. The Daa'vit are allies to the Federation. The Daa'vit Confederacy and the Klingon Empire were enemies for over three hundred years until the Klingons made peace with the Federation by signing the Khitomer Accord. Klingons consider them barbaric. The Daa'Vit have a sword called a ka'yun
