Petitioner: Sadeen
Petitioner's Location: Giza Plains (the Rains)
Genus: Rank II Mark
Classification: Mutant Lizard
"Once found over much of Ivalice, its Numbers suffered greatly during the Time of the Glaciers, when the Animal Population dwindled, starving it of the large Volume of Food necessary to support its massive Bulk. This Specimen mistook a Ring for its favorite Morsel, the glittering Glowworm, and so did the Ring's former Owner post this Bill."
Before the battle, have your main spell caster, a character with the Belias license, and someone with a Fire-elemental weapon equipped in your party. A party with the average level of 20 and having between 5 and 10 Hi-Potions is recommended. Immediately summon Belias. After he leaves, go about normal battle, casting Fire spells whenever needed. Croakadile will use Growing Threat, which doubles his level, and then Renew, which fully restores health, also keep an eye out for Angelsong which bestows Regen, which can rapidly restore it's HP if left unchecked. The party should be fine if they are equipped with some of the stronger weapons. Note, however, that if the characters are strong enough, they will be able to kill it before it uses Renew. In fact, with proper healing, Belias himself will be able to kill it. Quickening chains also help, if the player can chain them swiftly enough to receive a good concurrence.
Rewards:
The player will also receive a Ring of the Toad after the battle, which Sadeen asks the player to take to Elder Brunoa in the nomad village during the Dry. When the player gives her the ring, Elder Brunoa will reveal the story of Sadeen. Encountering Sadeen during the Rains again will reveal the truth.
