The courthouse.
When I wrote King's Ransom over two years ago, we introduced a judicial system to RuneScape, by way of the Seers' Village Court House. It seemed a shame that you only get to use it during the quest and the rest of the time it just sits there.

— Mod Nancy, Distractions & Diversions: Court Cases

Court Cases is an upcoming Distraction and Diversion that Jagex is working on. The quest King's Ransom is currently planned to be a requirement.[1]

Players will be able to work on cases in the Seers' Village courthouse, where they can choose either to defend their client or prosecute the accused. Players will read a few documents on the background of the case and perform a bit of detective work. When they feel ready, players may start the trial and present all their findings to the jury and argue their case, as the player did in King's Ransom.

The rewards for this Distraction and Diversion are not yet known. However it has been suggested that Roddeck's Pipe will be a reward. Also, Attack and Defence experience, could be the rewards for this minigame, as these are the tags of blog.
