The Copper-Age is colloquially used to refer to comics from 1980 to circa 1985. There is no clear distinction between when the Copper-Age ends and the Modern-Age begins, but in terms of DC Comics, it is generally accepted that the Copper-Age ended with the publication of the 1985-86 limited series, Crisis on Infinite Earths.
