Admitted to the United States on July 4, 1776. This was ratified on January 9, 1788.
Stamford, Connecticut.
Most recently infamous for the events precipitating the current superhuman Civil War. The war is in response to the passage of the Superhuman Registration Act, which is in turn a response to the careless murder of over 600 people by Nitro (including 60 school children caught at ground zero of Nitro's blast).
