GBA Name Colossus

The Colossus is a dummied enemy in Super Famicom/SNES versions of Final Fantasy VI. It is not possible to fight it normally in the game, but can be fought against if the ROM is patched appropriately.

Colossus actually seems to have a completed battle script, so it is not quite known why it was removed from the game. In the battle script, Colossus will automatically target anyone who uses a Bushido or Blitz on it.

Colossus actually has a few magic spells; its magical arsenal is composed of Fire Wall, Lode Stone, and Magntiude 8, the last of which is quite powerful.

Unlike the CzarDragon, Colossus does not seem to have been brought into Final Fantasy VI Advance, although it may have been heavily modified and replaced by Gargantua. However, an exact copy of the Colossus also exists within the game's code. It is not completely known why it is there, but it is likely that since the SNES version's data was ported to the GBA version's, it was left in to avoid creating bugs.
