Harland Sanders (1890-1980) was an honorary Colonel of Kentucky and famed restaurant entrepreneur. He started his career in food service in 1930, and began franchising Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants in 1955. He eventually sold all interest in the restaurants (today KFC is owned by the same corporate parent as Long John Silver's), though he continued promoting the products, and he is still recognized today as KFC's spokesperson.

Colonel Sanders was an Enclave military officer, who was overseeing the excavation of the Mariposa Military Base. His ability allowed the Enclave to procure the FEV-II sample, as well as prevent the mutated miners from overcoming the last guards and overrunning the camp outside the base.
His name is an obvious reference to the founder of the Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise, Harland David Sanders, also known as Colonel Sanders.
Colonel Sanders is mentioned in Fallout 2.
Defeat the Dark Side was a unified advertising campaign for three restaurants owned by Tricon Global - KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell - which went on before and during the release of The Phantom Menace in 1999. It featured mascots from all three franchises at the time, involved in the events surrounding the Battle of Naboo.

Colonel Harland Sanders was a spectacle-wearing Human male who was born around 97 BBY. A known lightsaber-wielder and likely Force-sensitive, Sanders was known as a strong and determined individual and a fierce opponent of the dark side.
Sanders founded KFC, an establishment which apparently served buckets of chicken prepared under a special recipe, which rose in popularity over a number of years. Sanders later served in the Battle of Naboo alongside Pizza Hut Girl and the Chihuahua.

The Human heroine known only as the Pizza Hut Girl was a slicer and martial arts expert from around the time of the Battle of Naboo.
Prior to joining the forces of Pizza Hut, she worked for Micro-Tech, Inc. as a "hardware tester" (a euphemism for "hacker"), and for 2-Rock Concert Promotions as "crowd control." Her studies took her to such far-flung locales as Hong Kong and Tunisia. She was the youngest female graduate of the Citadel.
At the age of 23, the Pizza Hut Girl found her true calling, allowing both her mastery of Tae Kwon Do and her love for pizza to shine by working for Pizza Hut. There, she found herself allied with Harland Sanders and the Chihuahua in an effort to defeat the dark side at the Battle of Naboo.
It is known that she had experience with blaster pistols.

The Chihuahua was a chihuahua dog fighting the dark side around the time of the Battle of Naboo to free the tacos.
He tirelessly devoted his life to the pursuit of tacos. This dedication has allowed him to heighten his natural skills of navigation, negotiation and general deviousness. He put his considerable talents to work fighting the ultimate evil in the universe. Because, he rationalized, when the universe is free, the tacos are free. During that time, he was working on the Jedi mind trick.
