Claude Chagnon is a former Canadian player. He was drafted 1st, 6th overall, by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1966 NHL Amateur Draft from the Rosemount midgets.

Chagnon played three seasons with the Montreal Junior Canadiens (1964-67) but never played pro hockey.
