Chris Parsons was a post-graduate student of Cambridge University and a colleague of Professor Chronotis. He borrowed The Worshipful and Ancient Law of Gallifrey from the Professor's library and, surprised at the unusual properties the book exhibited, attempted to analyse it with the aid of Clare Keightley. They later helped the Doctor defeat Skagra's plans.
Chris Parsons was the extra that played K-3PO and 4-LOM in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. In addition, Parsons was C-3PO's double and stand-in in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, however, he was uncredited.
