Chris is an Enclave guard who can be found on the surface in Navarro posing as a gas station attendant.
Upon reaching Navarro, Chris will engage the player in conversation and attempt to dissuade you from investigating further. Should you attempt to engage him in conversation or explore the shack behind him, he will inform you that there is nothing of value in the area and that you are trespassing on private property.
Attempting to push the issue by asking him about the Navarro base will result in Chris threatening to radio the Enclave and engage you in combat. Inquiring about Vertibirds and informing him that you are working with the Brotherhood of Steel will cause him to tell you how to access the base without initiating combat; however, he will still send a message to the Enclave via his radio which will cause the Enclave soldiers inside the base to be hostile towards you on sight.
Chris only appears in Fallout 2.

Chris was a male Mandalorian clone. He was second-in-command of the Clone Commander, Alpha's fleet.
When Alpha and renegade Jedi Knight, Nathaniel Kenobi, were off on a recon mission to the Ottiumigon homeworld of Ottiumigos Prime, in the Ottiumigos Centrality, he was left in charge of the Novus Kamino Prime fleet.
When Rabkca Krekk and his Yuuzhan Vong forces invaded the planet during the Battle of Novus Kamino Prime, he was responsible for preventing the planet's destruction.
Nathan's wife, Abigaile Jade, and her new Ryn "co-pilot", Amord, were helping in the defense of Novus Kamino Prime, she remembered that they had made a baradium missile and ordered Chris to shoot it at the place where she felt that the Yuuzhan Vong were receiving orders. The attack succeeded and Rabkca surrendered.
Chris is a juvenile delinquent with a gentle side. When he was younger, Chris and Wilder founded the Jack Boys motorcycle gang together. Chris loved riding all night with the leatherclad compañeros. They were free, and it didn't matter what society thought of them!
All that came to an end when the Cool Guys rode into town, and kicked the Jack Boys out. Wilder became obsessed with revenge, eventually allying himself with the Decepticons, and Chris distanced himself from the gang.
The Jack Boys kidnap Chris to bring him back into the gang. He refuses to rejoin the much-hurt Wilder, saying that he's become obsessed with power and forgotten about the very people he sought power to protect.
Chris's sister Mary witnessed his kidnapping, and brought the Autobot Headmaster Juniors (who were visiting America) to rescue him.
Afterwards, the Autobot Headmasters Juniors invited Chris and Mary to their farewell barbecue, and Cab ate all the food.

Chris was Dartz's daughter and Ironheart's grand-daughter. She has a pet wolf named Skye.
Chris is the daughter of the king and queen of Atlantis, Dartz and Iona.
A few years after the Orichalcos arrived, people of Atlantis started turning into monsters, including Iona, who was then killed by Dartz. Believing people to be evil, Dartz made it his mission to wipe out the people of the city. Dartz asked Ironheart and Chris to join him, but they both refused. In response he unleashed a number of Orichalcos Soldiers on them.
Ironheart, Chris and Skye lead a group of refugees from the city to the nearby mountains. Here Ironheart searched for the creatures of ancient power; the knights Timaeus, Critias and Hermos. Together they fought in a battle against Dartz. However neither side was victorious.
Chris' spirit along with Ironheart and Skye's continued to live on. They met, Yami Yugi, who was chosen to wield Timaeus in his card form "The Eye of Timaeus". Ironheart and Chris gave them service are they were in a train crash.
Yami was unable to Summon Timaeus after he allowed Yugi's soul to be taken by playing "The Seal of Orichalcos". Ironheart and Chris worked to help Yami overcome this. They took him to a plain of lost souls, where he faced Yugi in a Duel. Afterwards when Yugi was confronted by an Orichalcos Soldier, Chris raced down on Skye's back to give him back the "Timaeus" card. However she is struck by one of Dartz's lightning bolts. She manages to hand Yami the card, before her spirit is killed once more.
When Yugi beat Dartz, Dartz was reunited with her in the spirit realm.
