The Chocobo Farm is a recurring location in the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII. It is home to family of Chocobo breeders, which raise Chocobos for the Chocobo Racing.

Racing chocobos are bred here. The Summon materia Choco/Mog can be obtained by talking to a bunch of chocobos in the pen outside the barn. The Chocobo Lure Materia, a necessary item for catching Chocobos, can be purchased from Choco Billy for 2,000 gil. Chole, Choco Billy's sister, assists Cloud by keeping notes of what the Chocobo Sage tells Cloud. She also gives a rough comparison of the resident chocobo's strengths.

Later on disk 2, the player can return to Chocobo Farm and rent pens in the barn, this will allow the player to breed chocobos. A second chocobo lure may also be found near the south entrance of the farm at this point in the game.

The Chocobo farm appears as a location in several missions. It serves no storyline purpose.

Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-

A crew member on the Shera mentions that she keeps a Chocobo at the Chocobo Farm. She names it "Boco" and mentions that its a River Chocobo, a reference to the many Chocobo Breeds that appear in the original Final Fantasy VII.
