Cloe Parker is a character in the GTA IV Era, appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Cloe Parker is a celebutante socialite living in Liberty City. She is a parody of real-life socialites such as Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. Cloe Parker's extravagance, such as breast implants filled with rubies and a mansion her father bought her when she got her first period, is featured on the CNT TV show I'm Rich. She is a regular face on the Algonquin Party Scene and has a history of drug and alcohol related offenses, including two convictions for Driving While Intoxicated in 2003 and 2005 and also possession of cocaine (which she is said to be addicted to) in 2006. She is engaged to backup dancer Tyler "Ty-Di" Dixon.

She is seen in The Ballad of Gay Tony side mission Club Management. The player must go into the ladies restroom, retrieve a very drunk Cloe, and drive her to her mansion.

• Cloe's mansion is right beside Deputy Mayor Bryce Dawkins'.
• In Club Management, when you escort Cloe back to her mansion in Westdyke, it is revealed that she drives a orange pearlescent Peyote with a soft top.
