"Cereal Girl"

Cathi Rosenberg-Turow was a production assistant on the 1978 special Christmas Eve on Sesame Street, and later became a writer on the show from 1984 until 2002, winning a total of 14 Emmy Awards during that time. and composed the lyrics for many Sesame Street songs, including "Cereal Girl", "Best Friend Blues" and "Everything in the Wrong Place Ball".

She also wrote the storybooks Big Bird's Day on the Farm and Big Bird Joins the Carnival in 1985, both based on Follow That Bird.

Outside of Sesame Street, she was the creator and lyricist for the PBS special Chanukah on Planet Matzah Ball in 2003.
