Carol Marcel Vadnais (b. September 25, 1945 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a former prfessional defenseman who played in the National Hockey League from 1966 to 1983.

The reliable left-handed defenseman was the key element the Montreal Canadiens gave up in return of the Oakland Seals' first round draft pick of the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft, a pick the Habs used to draft Guy Lafleur.
