History

Carol Danvers was an adventurer who went by the name of the Huntress. As the Huntress, she broke into the loft of Logan Wayne, aka, Dark Claw, tracking down leads to Creed H. Quinn, the Hyena. As she snooped through the loft, she came across the greatest secret of all: the costumes of Dark Claw and thus his true identity. Before she could leave, Dark Claw entered through a passage way behind the closet and pinned the Huntress to the ground. Undecided what to do with the intruder, the two began to talk and soon Dark Claw shared his secrets. He was indeed Logan, a by product of an experiment that he and three others volunteered for, one of the others was his one time friend Creed H. Quinn. Dark Claw showed her the Barrow, his lair and center for his war on crime. This decision to include Carol in his affairs didn't sit well with his sidekick, Sparrow, but soon the three began looking for clues that Hyena might have planted back at the Gotham Gazette. They discovered two clues, AF1 meaning Air Force One, and NaCN for Sodium Cyonide a deadly poison.

The three headed immediately to Air Force One, and arrived just as the Hyena made his move. With the gas filling the plane, Dark Claw cornered his foe and sliced a hole in the plane, jettisoning Hyena, Dark Claw, and the gas.

Carol Danvers whereabouts following this mission are unknown.
