Buggy
200
space: 2
inventory: yes
hit points: 150
max speed: 45 mph
cruising speed: 35 mph
location: Springfield
turning circle: 15 ft
The following is based on Fallout Tactics and some details might contradict canon.

Cobbled together by a bunch of drunken raiders in a barn! Very unreliable so it's not you ideal vehicle for taking on the might of the wastelands. But it is reasonably fast and maneuverable so it can be used in hit and run tactics against lightly armed enemies.

This vehicle only showed up if the player pre-ordered Fallout Tactics or managed to find out the secret edit one needs to make in a certain document in the Tactics folder. It was attached to a bonus mission called Springfield, where it belongs to a gang of raiders, who in fact were a ghoul-hating group.

Appearances in games

The Buggy appears only in Fallout Tactics. There was an upgradeable one meant to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Interplay. It was meant to be of moderate speed and pathetic cargo and passenger space, but be able to traverse terrain other vehicles could not.

From Final Fantasy Wiki

The Buggy is a means of transportation in Final Fantasy VII. Given to Cloud and his party by Dio at Gold Saucer as an apology for being thrown into the Corel Prison, this land vehicle allows them to travel across rivers. While driving the buggy, there are still random encounters. It can be transported to the Eastern Continent by use of the Cargo Ship.

If the player tries to bypass Cosmo Canyon, the buggy breaks down just outside the town, but is repaired by a mechanic in the town when the player enters and speaks to him. The work on the buggy will be finished after the events in the canyon are complete.

After the end of Disc 1, this vehicle disappears without explanation along with the Tiny Bronco. Their roles replaced by the Highwind.
